We want you to love your organic essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
